November 19th Wine Dinner

Saturday (November 19th) is our annual 5 course Wine Dinner,  We are almost full but still have a few openings left.  In case you haven't seen my menu here it is:

November 19th Wine Dinner

LOBSTER AND CORN BISQUE
Velvety cream, garnished with roasted sweet corn and succulent Lobster tail.
Served with toasted goat cheese crostiniKunde Estate Chardonnay, Sonoma, California

MEDITERRANEAN LAMB MEATBALLS
Seasoned with fresh oregano, mint and lemon zest
Drizzled with chilled minted pesto cream
Ruta 22 Malbec, Pantangonia, Argentinia

BABY SPINACH AND APPLE SALAD
With praline bacon, bleu cheese, diced apples and cider vinaigrette
Windsor Sonoma Sauvignon Blanc, Russian River Valley, California

CHICKEN AND SHRIMP SALTIMBOCCA
Bone-in chicken breast topped with fresh sage and jumbo shrimp
Wrapped in prosciutto ham and sautéed with a tomato-lemon sauce
Ramon Bilbao Edicion Limitada Crianza, Rioja, Spain

PUMPKIN SPICE ROULADE ALA MODE
Rolled Pumpkin cake with creamy filling
and a frozen ‘Jack be Little’ pumpkin shell
filled with cinnamon ice cream
Washington Hills Riesling, Columbia Valley, Washington
